RealBit Holdings brings the digital world into the real one.
I'm Damian Wells, founder of RealBit Holdings. I don't build one company and stop. I build a piece, prove it works, and use it as the foundation for the next one. Every module in the ecosystem today, from solar generation to mining compute to AI, started small and was added deliberately, in sequence, only once the last piece held up on its own. That discipline is the whole strategy: nothing gets added until it earns its place.
The ecosystem now spans four tiers, energy, mining and compute, real-world assets, and community, each one funding the next. I sketched that same waterfall back in 2021, long before most of these pieces existed, and I have been building toward that original diagram ever since. Seven ventures make up the system today, and every one of them had to prove it could stand on its own before I let it plug into anything else.
About the work
RealBit Holdings didn't start as a master plan. It started as one working piece, and every piece since has been added because it plugged cleanly into what already existed and made the whole system stronger. That approach shapes how I evaluate opportunity: a new venture only earns a spot in the ecosystem if it uses capacity that's already there, whether that's power, hardware, land, or an audience, rather than asking the ecosystem to stretch to support it. Over time that discipline has produced something closer to an operating system than a portfolio, where the value isn't just in any single company but in how cleanly they interlock.
My background is in business and finance, sharpened by entrepreneurship-focused MBA study, and I lean on that structure to keep a growing ecosystem coherent instead of scattered. I treat energy, compute, real estate, and software as pieces of one design rather than separate bets, and I evaluate every new venture the same way: does it use something the ecosystem already has, and does it make the next module easier to build. Each one funds, feeds, or de-risks the next, which is what keeps the whole thing compounding instead of just growing.
Builder profile
The pattern repeats across every venture: start small, prove the mechanics, then scale it into the next module. It's slower than raising a big round and building everything at once, but it means nothing in the ecosystem depends on financing that hasn't arrived yet. Each venture has to earn its own keep before it's allowed to lean on anything else, which keeps the whole structure self-funding and makes every addition a calculated bet rather than a leap of faith. It also means I'm usually the first person to find the failure points, since I'm running the early version myself before anyone else touches it.
Power first
Every module runs on power I control. The Florida Sun's solar arrays generate the electricity that underwrites the mining and compute layers built on top of it, which makes energy the ecosystem's actual foundation rather than just another line item.
Small first, scaled second
Each venture opened as a small, working proof, a single mining cluster, a single listing, a single array, and only earned the right to scale once it held up on its own. I'd rather run something small and profitable for a year than run something large and unproven.
Inventor energy
I'm most interested in the seam between systems: where energy meets compute, where Bitcoin meets real estate, where automation meets a person who needs it to just work. That's usually where the next module comes from.
The ecosystem
The structure isn't new. I sketched this same waterfall as a single diagram back in 2021, years before most of these pieces existed, and I've been filling it in ever since. RealBit Holdings is built as a waterfall, not a portfolio: solar powers the miners, the miners fund the assets, and the assets feed back into the community. Every tier below depends on the one above it holding steady, so the build order was never arbitrary. Energy had to come first because nothing downstream works without cheap, reliable power. Compute came next because it's the fastest way to turn that power into a balance sheet. Real assets came after that, once there was capital worth putting into brick and mortar. What started as lines on a page in 2021 is now a working system where each tier justifies the one built before it.
- Resource The Florida Sun supplies the solar power the rest of the ecosystem runs on, the base every other tier depends on and the piece that had to exist before anything else could. Part of that generation feeds directly into a regional utility partnership, so the same array that powers the ecosystem also puts clean power back onto the grid for hundreds of homes nearby.
- Miners & compute SunBit Mining Company, Kasper Transactions, 9Core Compute, and DANI-Ai sit on that power base, turning energy into Bitcoin, Kaspa, Monero, and AI compute, each one running on infrastructure the ecosystem already owns. Each mining venture builds its own treasury in the asset it mines, so the tier isn't just generating revenue, it's accumulating a balance sheet in parallel, one hard asset at a time.
- Real-world assets RealBitor and GNV Bitcoin BnB convert that output into property: brokerage and housing that transact in Bitcoin and give the digital side of the ecosystem something physical to stand on. RealBitor lets a buyer make a real offer denominated in Bitcoin, and GNV Bitcoin BnB applies the same logic to long-stay housing, accepting both on-chain and Lightning payments so digital treasury can move directly into rent and real estate without ever touching a bank first.
- Self-custody ^3 (the Cube) is a plug-and-play, USB-C Bitcoin cold storage device, a small piece of hardware built so anyone in the ecosystem, not just me, can hold their own keys. It grew out of a simple frustration: most cold storage is either too technical for a newcomer or too fragile for daily use, so the Cube was designed to be something a first-time holder could plug in and trust immediately.
- Community What the assets generate ultimately supports outreach and housing initiatives back in the same community the ecosystem operates in, closing the loop the diagram was always meant to describe. That includes direct outreach for people facing food insecurity, housing support tied to veteran and disability programs, and dedicated housing for adults on the autism spectrum, all funded by the tiers built above them rather than by outside donations.
This page is a clean, public-facing introduction to RealBit Holdings and the person behind it, for partners, counterparties, and anyone who wants to understand how the pieces fit together and why they were built in this order.
